Is this for coaches who already speak some English or for beginners?
For both. If you’re starting from zero, we start with the fundamentals and apply them to football from day one. If you already have intermediate English, we work on fluency and confidence in high-pressure situations.
Are classes in English or Spanish?
Classes are in English. If something needs clarifying, I’ll do it in Spanish, Portuguese or French, but we keep the class in English. Listening practice is key to improving faster. The goal is immersion, not confusion.
What time zones do you work with?
I work with coaches from Latin America, Spain and the rest of Europe, and I adapt to both time zones. We find a time that works for both of us.
What if I don’t see results?
In the introductory class (€5) I’ll be honest with you about whether this is the right moment for you. I’d rather you start when it’s really going to work. And if you feel it wasn’t worth it, I’ll refund your €5.
Do I need to speak Spanish to participate?
Not at all. Classes are in English. If clarification is needed, I speak Portuguese and French, and we always find a way. Classes are open to anyone with a genuine interest in improving their English.
Is this only for coaches?
No. Players and football staff at any level will enjoy the classes and improve their knowledge of the game while learning English.
Is this only for the football world?
The vocabulary and most examples are from football, but sport is sport and there’s plenty of crossover with other disciplines. I encourage professionals from other sports to join. In 1-on-1 sessions I can adapt the exercises to your sport, and if there’s enough interest from a particular sport we can set up a specific group.
